We utilise Causeway Estimating software to build your tender, either importing a tender-issue pricing document or creating our own bills of quantities. Causeway also provides the vital information to support the tender settlement process, producing all comparisons and breakdown’s for scrutiny at any point in time.

We understand the importance of any supply chain and the key role this plays in the successful delivery of all construction projects. We respect existing relationships, ensuring that key partners are kept unique to your company. Prior to issuing subcontract tender enquiries, we will provide a proposed list of those companies intended to receive the enquiry pack to allow you to review and add or remove companies as required. We also have our own extensive database with over 3000 subcontractor’s details and use this as a back-up to your own preferred supply chain, bringing freshness to the procurement process to ensure a competitive edge is maintained.
The enquiry management process is tailored to suit your preferences. We can provide you with packages to be issued to subcontractors by your in-house team, or we can integrate a little more within your organisation to take advantage of the benefits of your document management system.
Tenders will always be based on fully compliant costs, and wherever possible alternative solutions will be presented for consideration prior to inclusion in the final submitted tender. During the estimating process, the design will be critically analysed for any issues as well as opportunities to value-engineer any element to your benefit.
Prelims will be costed using either your own standard document or our own internal document, depending on preference. These will always align with, and be costed to reflect, the proposed methodology and logistic plan.
